Would you let your other half cut your hair?

As a journalist, no two working days are ever the same, and I relish the variety.

One day I might be raising awareness of gender inequality, or reporting on a court case, and the next I will work on something altogether more lighthearted.

So I wasn't too surprised when my editor called and asked if I would let my partner, Conor, give me a haircut...all in the name of journalism, of course.
