Meet the off-gridders who say they've never been happier than in their wild new life

The Watkinsons live completely off-grid in rural west Wales, in their self-built eco-home. They shun the conveniences of modern life, including supermarket meat and vegetables and mains gas, electricity and water.

I drove to Pembrokeshire in the depths of winter to meet them, and find out why they say they've never been happier.
